• Subscription Fees: Fees are charged on a recurring basis according to the selected plan.

• Transaction Fees: A percentage of the funds raised through successful campaigns is charged as a service fee.

   

All payments must be made in accordance with the terms presented during registration. Non-payment may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

 

7. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform, but by doing so, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the services.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clever Fintech, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
